Returns are only accepted on non personalized items. If there has been a mistake on our part, please know we have a hassle-free return process by following the steps below:
- - Please refer to the order number and indicate your reason for return when emailing us
- - If the mistake was no fault of your own, we will send a return shipping label to you
- - Please note the tracking number to make tracking easier.
After your package reaches us, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will be informed via e-mail.
Custom and personalized items are all made to order so wee need 4-6 business days to perfect your unique gift before shipping.
We are happy to engrave your company logo on one of our items. We just need a high resolution logo file (black and white). A vector file would be best. File formats we accept are JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, SVG and EPS.
Sorry, we do not offer gift wrapping but we can include a gift note with your package.

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on the service selected. Transit averages 2-5 days and in no instance do we guarantee delivery dates.
At this time we no longer ship International.

We do not accept returns and exchanges on personalized items. Non personalized items can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long its in the new and un-used condition.
